- JJJames St john6 days ago1.0Slowest place I've ever been too I was the only car here it took them 25 mins to start working on my truck two gentlemen were working on it they got the tires off and another customer came in they then stopped working on my truck they left my tires in front of the balancer and decided they were going to work on the other car my tires sat in front of the machine for 20 mins waiting to be balanced after he started balancing them he kept on stopping to go talk to his buddy and watch what he was doing... 2 hours to have tires that I brought in mounted and balanced is insanity to me . There is nothing fast about this place . Staff is friendly but the slowest shop I've ever been too . I worked in a tire shop for over 6 years and this long for a mount and balance is unheard of

- KPKonstantin PapazovDec 19, 20251.0Very disappointing experience at Mavis Tire in Woburn, MA. I brought my own tires and specifically asked for mounting, balancing, and an alignment. The next day they called and told me they couldn’t balance the tires because they were “too big” — something they should have said before doing the work, not after. Despite not performing the balance, they still charged me the full price. On top of that, the alignment was not done correctly — the steering wheel was still off. I had to take my car to another shop to get both the alignment and balancing done properly. So in the end, I paid a ridiculous amount just for mounting tires, with no balance and a bad alignment. Poor communication, poor quality control, and no accountability. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.
