- DDD DFeb 5, 20261.0Mavis tire is The Worst Company I have Ever dealt with. On 9/7/25 They caused over $20k damage to my only work vehicle as im a small service company. I have 110% proof they caused the damage. They even admitted it and the regional manager called me and said he understands and will make sure it’s resolved. That was about 5months ago. He stopped answering or responding so i contacted there Customer Solutions every week until there upper manager Felicia took over and supposedly was going to call me to resolve. She called me 2 times on the same day within the last 6 Months. 2 Times Only!!!! And of course it was on a day we were hammered with the snowstorm and I was out clearing snow so I didn’t have my phone. i called her back multiple times over the next few days. I have called her every single week texted her and called customer solutions. Nobody is handling this case if anybody has any other options, please let me know because my next step is social media news outlets and potentially going to park near Mavis Tire with signs on my damaged vehicle deterring customers from shopping there. (this was all done due to them improperly jacking up my truck with a floor jack on the Body not the frame).
