- KMKieran M2 days ago5.0This past week I had an excellent experience with Bryant at this location, everything was fair priced, and even when my tires had an issue being mounted ( I needed to replace a part or two, but for a price increase I wasn’t expecting) I voiced my concerns to Bryant and he made sure to provide me with amazing service and hospitality (he lowered the price of the replacement parts for me) on top of just being overall very polite and laid back about the situation. Great place, great prices, great employees. 100 % recommend to anyone looking for tire services and have already sent links to friends and family!

They are aware of the damage they caused and admitted fault. This happened over 2 months ago now and they have been playing games not resolving this. They will not give me the contact information for there insurance nor have they followed through with Anything they have said to me. This is the nice version of the review. My next steps are local news, social media, and legal action. I highly suggest ANYONE bringing their vehicle to Mavis tire in Woburn to think twice. I honestly Cannot believe how they have handled this knowing they’re at fault. This is my only business vehicle and they way Mavis makes it so you cannot get anyone higher than the regional manager. I’ve called there corporate offices many times and they literally tell me there is nobody higher to speak to that they can give me and the person they give me the regional manager or whatever he is tells me one thing and does another so I am just beyond fed up at this point so i figure id start here to see if Mavis will reach out to me and resolve this. I have video and photo proof as well. They have video proof and admitted fault many times already so i don’t understand how they can just keep people hanging. Follow up to Mavis Response So their response was to call Consumer Solutions. Here is the problem- I have called and spoken to Consumer Solutions at least 5-6 times already. The last time I spoke to them the regional manager said to call them to get higher ups info and insurance info which Consumer Solutions has been unwilling to provide. So basically they have you call both Consumer Solutions and the manager and you never get further except I found out Felicia is a higher level manager but no one will put me in contact with her or provide me any useful information. Please tell me know what to do as Consumer Solutions had been useless and will not provide me the necessary information to help and I have been running in circles calling the same people and getting nowhere.
