I bought a Nissan Altima December 2022. After 7 months we had to get a new battery, 11 months we have a problem with the detector and this week we have to get new breaks? It's absolutely ridiculous. Our Nissan Altima belt broke two weeks ago, last week our head gasket went and we need a new engine. In addition, we are on our THIRD battery. We have a 7 year, 100K warranty. When I reached out about this, they told me there was no guarantee that the warranty would cover. We would have to gather all our documents - which would be fine. But to not have a guarantee that our warranty would be covered is outright insane. We financed this car, so we still owe money. It is a 2019 car with only 85K miles on it and purchased it in 2022. We were sold a bad car that's the bottom line. Another thing to add - when talking with the service guy, they said that we should have done any services at Nissan. This was NOT said when we purchased the car. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. It is disgraceful and they do not care about you as a customer. It is despicable.
I will continue to post this review as I want to prevent anyone from buying from here.

My adviser, Jesus Alvarez has ALWAYS has been on top of any of my problems, no matter how small OR large. The majority of my encounters have been small maintanence but the fact that he jumped immediately on my engine light was so comforting! My experience with other Nissan shops has not been satisfactory!! Your company is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and compassionate employee

I was initially skeptical about going into a dealership alone. Like so many women, I'd heard the horror stories about being at a disadvantage during negotiations. However, my experience at Kelly Nissan completely proved those claims wrong.
My sales consultant, Jomar, was excellent. He listened respectfully and patiently to my concerns, then focused entirely on finding a car that checked all my boxes. When it came time for the paperwork, I was honestly dreading the meeting with James in the business office. However, he was incredibly patient, even when I asked him to explain documents multiple times. Despite having done extensive research, his clarity helped ease that, 'clue-free' feeling.
I'm happy to report that I drove away in exactly the car I wanted, on the terms I wanted. I highly recommend this team!
