I went in to have a couple of dashboards lights checked out in the service center before a long drive I’m taking this weekend. Made an appointment for 10:30 this morning. They did the test drive and couldn’t find anything, but sent me a text asking if I wanted other services done. I declined, and figured that it wouldn’t be long before they came to get me so I could leave. I ended up sitting at the dealership until 2:00 when I finally went to ask what my car’s status was. My papers and keys were under a stack on one of the desks and they had to search through the pile to find my things. “Apparently” they didn’t know I was waiting even though I said it before I walked in to wait and put it on my car reservation that I was waiting. They proceeded to lie and say they tried to call me and I didn’t pick up. They gave me my keys and said I could go, but no one told me where my car was and I had to search for it in the torrential downpour. I ended up having to go back inside to ask where my car was. I wasted an entire day off from work and sat at the dealership for almost 4 hours just for them to test drive my car and find nothing wrong. Not impressed. At all

I’m very upset with my service as of yesterday. My shifter needs to be replace so I made an appointment to drop it off at the service center at 10:30am. It took 6 hours just to hear back from them and find out they don’t even have the part that they need. The day they’d be getting it in is a day that I’m working, so that wasn’t a possibility for me to get it fixed. Not only that, but I called at 2pm then almost 4pm to get an ETA on when my car would be done and I kept getting swapped around and told I’d get a call back. I got TWO calls back at 4:06 and 4:07 and that was when they left a voicemail for me to call back. It took me 4 more phone calls to actually get in contact with the person working on my car. Then, when I went to pick it up, for whatever reason the argument was they called me THREE times, which was not true and I don’t know what difference that would’ve even made. This was ridiculous and wasted my entire day off as I was just waiting for an update or to get a call back from literally anybody that could give me an answer.
