  In a day where nothing went right for me I can say that my experience here was a highlight. From Rob the team member rob who picked me up to the final lot kid who added air to my tire I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I work daily with the public and I can say that each of the 5 employees I interacted with at this location are definitely above average in customer service.

  I dont often take the time to write a review. Only when I am really moved to do so, and this experience deserved a few mins of my time. …I was recently in an accident where the other party was at fault. Because of some issues on their end nothing has been straightforward, simple, or accommodating. I cannot be without a car (who can?) and I needed to rent one. I came thru the door with 100 questions, expecting more aggravation, and preparing myself for more confusion. Luckily Mackenzie was behind the counter. She was, and has been, the only one throughout this whole process that’s been not only helpful, but a pleasure to deal with. Just a really good person. She had an answer for questions that she wasn’t even required to have answers for! Helped us out in every way we needed. Gave me 3-5 different options on what I would like to drive off the lot, and made the entire process simple. It was one of those experiences where you leave and think to yourself “I don’t need to work there to know that that place would be LOST without her!” What a valuable employee. I really hope Enterprise somehow reads this because she helped the person out in front of me just the same, and I was walking out she was already greeting the next person with the same “happy to help” cadence. Awesome. I wish her the best in whatever she does, but customer service should definitely be something she stays with!

  Read the 1 and 2 star reviews most of the 4 and 5 are FAKE like the one that has a picture of the white Chevrolet 2500hd some guy said he rented! This location as well as almost all the others DO NOT RENT ABOVE THE 1500 CLASS unless through a specific truck rental location. As well as this location does not even rent pick up trucks anymore. They scam you online by allowing you to choose that option but then at pick up will tell you oh sorry we dont rent them anymore but we have this nice SUV for you. Woburn location need the old staff and original policy's back.

  It was very easy and convenient to secure a rental vehicle from Enterprise when dropping my car at a local Auto Body shop for repair due to a recent accident. Jakob me at the shop and Jakob along with a manger, MacKensie, provided me a rental that not only met my needs, but adjusted the cost to ensure it would be acceptable to the Insurance company that was paying the bill! They are the best as is Enterprise Car Rental in Woburn, MA!

  I was in need of a car rental as my vehicle required warranty work to be completed on it. Jacob graciously assisted me in securing a rental. He was warm, professional and knowledgeable. When I returned my rental, Christian was graciously at my disposal. He was also warm, professional and knowledgeable. My car was impeccably maintained, running smoothly, and with a staff that is exceptionally friendly, you should definitely consider renting a car from Enterprise in Woburn. They are truly the best!
