Once while my car was being fixed due to an accident and once very recently while I had upgrades done to my car. Both times I had a great experience with this location. This last time I dealt with Jakob who was awesome and I cannot remember the other gentleman’s name but he was great too. I’d recommend this location to anyone who needed to rent a car.

I just had to leave early to get ready to plow an approaching blizzard. I recommend dealing with Steve if you're interested in the fantastic deals Enterprise offers on their slightly used vehicles with 30-40 thousand miles on them.

We’ve bought 4 cars from this Woburn location alone! I bought a 2023 Chevy Equinox, I went in to BUY and not to ask 21 questions about the features. FEW WEEKS LATER Totally unexpected I noticed an extra charge of over $2,500 added with tax. Apparently the car salesman added in a warranty at my expense and now I know why people make jokes about used cars salesman. Joke is on me at the end of the day. It’s a dirty shot below the belt, to add a 45K mile warranty or whatever it was. I never buy them cause they’re mostly SCAMS. Enterprise knows I’m in their system so will they make this right? Doubt it! I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and it’s a bad feeling.
