Just ask the experts to assist you install the item (within reason) and they will happily help you ease your panic at 4pm by finally installing your halogen headlights PROPERLY... Now that you've been pulled over by Police 2x for driving without headlights. HAVING ONLY NARROWLY SURVIVED DEATH BY HANGING YOUR ARM OUT YOUR DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW WITH THE 10,000 LUMEN FLASHLIGHT YOU BOUGHT ON AMAZON You think I'm joking? But they've seen it all and they will return to a legal state and not laugh at you for not knowing exactly how to do whatever you need help to do. The limitations are common sense.   Went for an emergency battery replacement after a snowstorm. The parking and walkways were cleared and sanded. The staff was knowledgeable and consulted me on the available options. They also installed the new battery for free.

  Last night I stopped in for assistance and received gracious, skilled assistance by Jeremiah despite the bitter cold. He was courteous and professional. Miraculously, as I was leaving, my car wouldn’t start. I realized my car fob battery was dead. It was almost time to close but Kyle and Jeremiah found the right battery and Kyle kindly replaced it for me. My car started immediately. It is a pleasure to know that exceptional customer service is flourishing at this Auto Zone. I’ll be back, thanks to these two gentlemen.

  I went in store and asked associate for assistance for fuse for Toyota 4Runner. I mentioned there are 2 types he didn’t help me. He just played on his cell phone he just told me the aisle.
