  I had been looking for a reliable, honest, and time saving place for my car’s regular oil change and servicing, and that search brought me here. A while ago, I went to a nearby gas station for an oil change. During the service, I was told that my vehicle’s bushing system was damaged and needed immediate replacement, with an estimated cost of around $1,000 for both sides. At that time, I was not prepared for such an unexpected expense, so I only proceeded with the oil change. However, that recommendation stayed on my mind and caused me quite a bit of stress and concern. Later, I went to a dealership and had the same issue checked again. They confirmed that everything was actually fine and only performed a regular oil change. While the dealership service was accurate, it is generally more expensive. Today, I visited Jiffy Lube and once again requested a check of the bushing system. The manager, Nick, personally inspected my vehicle and explained everything in detail. He clearly confirmed that there was no issue with the bushings at all and recommended only the necessary oil change service. Today, I left not just with my car serviced, but with complete peace of mind. What stood out to me is that unnecessary repairs are not recommended here. They only suggest what is truly needed for the vehicle. The focus is clearly on customer trust and proper vehicle care, not on upselling unnecessary services. If you are looking for honest, transparent, and professional car maintenance service, I highly recommend this place. Even if you go in for a simple oil change, they take the time to thoroughly inspect your vehicle and explain its condition clearly. Great service, transparency, and trust this is what real auto service should look like. Highly recommended.

  The customer service I received was horrible. The technician, who was supposedly the store manager, came to me with two filters in hand and told me it would be forty dollars to replace them. Then, when I went to check out, I was charged close to a hundred dollars for the two filters. I tried to explain this, and I was told that was the most they could do for me. Is take twenty dollars off the total. Not to mention the fact that the manager of the store couldn't even come and talk to me, face-to-face, to discuss this. He went through his employee. It was unprofessional, it was insulting, and I will never return to this place again.

  Those gentlemen know cars and absolutely put the customer first. They’re friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding.

  I changed control arm here , they charged me $370 dollar for the part, OEM part price. 1 year 3 weeks later it went bad, they claim part had only 1 year warranty, even though OEM part has 10 years warranty. They use chip parts and then charge OEM part price. It is a scam!
