  The Enterprise in Wilmington, Mass. service is our go to place for business & personal. We used to go somewhere else, but haven’t done so since almost 10 months ago. As a business owner and an active community member, it is important to have the fundamentals of great customer service, because without great customer service and a good presentation of vehicles, businesses like this would not thrive. The Young man, Santino has excellent 💯customer service and 🙌🏻 top notch presentation of the vehicles we rent. He has a great personality, and Calm demeanor, And very professional which truly makes it easy for us To trust that we are going to get the best service . We can see that this young man is a hard dedicated worker; And hope that Enterprise Company Truly recognizes his hard work ethic. It’s one of the main reasons we will continue to use the Enterprise in Wilmington , MA., and Because of this young man, Santino, we Recommend others to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Wilmington.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Zachary Venezia We visited a few Enterprise locations earlier in the day, and the experience was nothing like what we received from Zachary Venezia at the Wilmington branch. Zachary went above and beyond for us—he stayed late, made sure we were taken care of, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. In a stressful moment, he made the process smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Customer service like this is rare, and we truly appreciated his patience and willingness to help when other locations didn’t. Highly recommend this branch and especially Zachary.
