All I heard from an employee who seems to be in management with such a bad attitude and was bringing down the moral of certain employees due to him venting out loud and with whom ever was willing to listen. So bad that I did not feel comfortable having my car serviced there so I left and drove 20min to another city to your branch in Chicopee Ma and waited even longer due to the being very busy as well but I preferred that and was satisfied in doing so.
