  As usual , my experience was great@ I continue to visit this shop because the workers are thorough, respectful (that is important to a senior woman), and quick. They explain and show the problems, and make recommendation.

  This visit went pretty good. The technician found three defects. A very dirty cabin air filter, license plate bulb not working and rear wiper worn. I replaced all three. This technician and the crew were very professional. Unfortunately, this standard of service is not always the case at other VIOC stores. The corporate leadership team should perform unannounced audits and provide feedback for any gaps identified with the people, workflow, etc. I hope my next visit is as good as this one but most likely the staff will move to other locations and the service may be less than this benchmark store.
