I went 2 years ago and when they replaced my window they clogged one of my vents so only half the window would defrost. I didn’t realize I scheduled my new replacement again with them this year until they were already fixing it cause the place looked familiar. When I got my car back, my EZ pass was missing and it’s not in my car anywhere so I have to order a new one. Definitely won’t be going anymore
