I cannot express enough how extraordinary my experience was with Kasey at Enterprise in Weymouth and Matt at Enterprise in Quincy. After dealing with a horrible, discriminatory, and stressful situation at Hertz, these two completely turned my day around and reminded me what true customer service is supposed to look like.

Kasey is, without exaggeration, one of the most exceptional customer service professionals I have ever encountered in any industry. What she did for me cannot be overstated.
I walked into the Weymouth location soaking wet, stressed, without a charged phone, and honestly feeling defeated after what happened at Hertz. Kasey immediately treated me like a human being. She brought me inside, let me charge my phone, helped me get dry, and jumped straight into solving my rental situation — a situation that another company refused to even attempt helping with.
Not only did she secure the exact vehicle I needed, she even managed to beat the original Hertz rate using my AAA discount. But what amazed me even more was watching her run the ENTIRE office like a true professional. She was helping me and almost ten other customers at the same time, and yet not one person felt ignored or unimportant.
Her calmness, speed, organization, compassion, and professionalism were unbelievable.
