  Paid to have all 4 tires aligned, but they only did 3. As justification for this, they claimed parts were missing which were not. Make sure they haven't pulled any fast ones on you before paying.

  We are extremely grateful that Sullivan was open on the 24th and 26th of December when we had an emergency. Jason was extremely kind, patient, and helpful in identifying the correct rear tires we needed and ordering them quickly. I appreciate the prompt and detailed communication and assistance.

  I was in a jam and they got me out of it. They were helpful and professional. I waited for my tire and observed them handle several customers. They were always professional and helpful.

  Excellent service and very attentive staff. I showed up without an appointment due to a repeated "low tire pressure" warning in my car. They took me into the shop after a 10 minute wait and discovered half of cars nail in the tread of my tire. I was out and back on the road within an hour and the tech even reset the TPMS for me to clear the warning.
