I'm the guy who does oil changes in my yard for our 3 vehicles etc. Me and my wife are getting up there in age and i'm tired of laying on my back especially during the winter months. So I seen this valvoline service for oil changes and such and gave it a try Wow was i impressed!! Jeffrey and Andrew are super Guys and very Professional and know their stuff. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They are so respectable. Jeffery" couldn't ask for a better man. the service was spectacular.Jeffery and Andrew a big thumbs up to you guys. The manager, Jeffery, walked me through everything with clear explanations, answered every question without rushing, and was incredibly knowledgeable. The technician, Andrew, was equally outstanding. It was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was thorough, efficient, and very friendly also. As a result, I left feeling very confident in the work he did. Both Jeffery and Andrew made the visit far better than I expected. I was genuinely very happy with the service I received, and I would very highly recommend this Valvoline location to anyone needing an oil change!
- EEEmilieDec 14, 20255.0As a loyal customer to another Valvoline location for years, I decided to try this new one out. I was let in upon arrival and told I didn’t even have to leave the car! Jeffrey was so polite and kind, asking me how my day was and getting the information needed to begin the process. Everyone was efficient and checked areas that needed to be filled or replaced. Jeffrey asked if I could pop open my console to check my cabin filter. To my surprise this was absolutely filthy! After years of being a customer at the other location, I am Confident this was never looked at or changed. I have a young child and we spend a lot of time driving to and from activities, and to know this was effecting our health is absolutely devastating to me. I am So thankful that Jeffrey took the time to look at the filter and let me know it needed to be replaced. The staff changed what used to be an annoyance to a busy single Mom like me to a reassuring process knowing they have my best interest at heart, not just my wallet. The entire experience was so uplifting due to Jeffrey and Joshua’s kind spirit and professionalism. Even with the added benefits of a free car wash with your oil change at the other location, I will be a reoccurring customer here at this new location, and this is solely based on the excellent customer service provided. Thank you.
