I trusted their recommendation, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The very next morning, my car would not start. The check engine light, oil light, and battery light were all on. While I was there, I also overheard the manager casually discussing how many vehicles leave on tow trucks, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, by that point, the work was already halfway done. My car was not running for almost four days. During that time, no accommodations were made, no real guidance was offered, and there was no sense of accountability. The response was essentially, “Sorry, nothing we can do,” which was incredibly frustrating. I ultimately had to bring my car to the dealership, where I was informed that two of my ignition coils were burned out because the spark plugs installed by Jiffy Lube were not correct for my vehicle. This caused additional damage and unnecessary expenses that could have been avoided. This experience showed a complete lack of expertise, responsibility, and customer care. I will never waste my money on low-budget mechanics again. I strongly recommend going to a certified dealership or trusted mechanic instead of risking serious damage to your vehicle here.

Calvin, Brian, and Noah were amazing—professional, friendly, and very informative. They not only checked my tire pressure but also filled all the tires to the proper levels, topped everything off, and applied a coupon, which I really appreciated. I don’t go anywhere else because they’re not just “sometimes good”—they’re always good. Honest, knowledgeable, and they truly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.
