- VSV StevensonNov 10, 20255.0Jareth (at least I think that’s his name) was at the counter when I came in and asked for help with my battery. I knew I needed a new one when I realized mine was smoking and leaking battery acid. I do mobile phlebotomy for work and was only in the Westfield area because I had a patient over there. I stopped in and asked to purchase the battery, but since I was working at the time I needed to install it right then and there. Jareth stated that since they were short staffed and busy, they wouldn’t be able to help me install the battery but would allow my bf and I to use their cart of tools to do it in the parking lot. We ran into some issues and had asked an employee who had just arrived for help with removing the battery. He sent Jareth outside and he helped us to remove the battery himself and get the new one in too. I greatly appreciate the service I received here and will be returning whenever I need auto parts in the Westfield area. Thank you!!!
