They have provided services for my husband’s truck, my 2 son’s vehicles, and my SUV. They’ve done mechanical work, tire repair, and putting brand new tires on all four of our vehicles at some point. We had a small issue with my husband’s new truck tires with some uneven wear after an alignment. I called twice and spoke to Don & Tim, and told them the issue. They were very understanding, and accommodating to the issue. I’m happy to say after 2 adjustments the issue is fixed. They stand by their work. I have been there quite a bit with them servicing 4 of our vehicles. Tim is a nice guy, no nonsense, and no BS kinda guy. He runs a tight ship as the owner, and won’t steer you wrong. I saw that right off the bat. My dad when he lived in Westfield in the 80’s & 90’s before he moved to the Cape, and later passed away always used Al’s. That’s the only place he got his tires. My family is picking up where he left off! 100% would recommend Al’s tire and service to anyone!
