The new manager came out with an attitude and told me to “get the hell off the property” or he was calling the cops. I wasn’t causing any issues, I just wanted a simple oil change. He claimed he was calling the police, but of course, nobody ever showed up. What makes this worse is that two of the employees there used to work under me when I was at Jiffy Lube. They both told me straight out that the place hasn’t been the same since I was wrongfully fired. They wanted to help me and get my oil change done, but the manager completely disrespected me and wouldn’t allow it. Instead of focusing on customers, the manager ignored people waiting in the lot so he could spray water on an already clean floor. That shows you exactly where the priorities are at this location. If this is the kind of “customer service” the new management brings, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
