  I originally wasn’t going to say anything just because racism lives all around us as we all know, but people of color shouldn't have to hear racial slurs in places they are paying customers of. The oil change was quick however an employee, I believe another employee had called Donald had made a joke with the word nigger in it. I’m unsure if the shock on his face was from realizing I heard his distasteful racist joke or if he was worried I was going to comment back. I did not waste my time or voice to point out his racism as I’m hopeful your company will follow by protocol the use of racial slurs in a work place. I’ll take the longer drive to shrewsbury before I have to listen to racial slurs in a facility I’m paying for a service in.

  Absolutely phenomenal service! I came in for a routine oil change and had a great experience. The team went above and beyond when I needed help attaching my front license plate, since my car didn’t have a designated area for it. They quickly figured out a way to secure it to the front bumper without a second thought! Huge shout-out to Donald, Lavelle, and Jonel for being so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place where people take the extra time to help you with something small that makes a big difference. Fast, honest, and incredibly thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location!

  I haven't visited JL for some years (I now drive an EV) but remembered an oil change as about $30, so figured it would be about $50 now. So I was gobsmacked at the $130 charge. No breakdown of $/quart of oil and filter, just parts $68 and labor $62, for less than 10 minutes of work. I was not offered a choice of oil/service, just "your car calls for premium synthetic" so I agreed. When the bill was presented at the end, I figured there was no chance that arguing would reduce it, so I swallowed the unexpected charge. But I'm disappointed in the whole process, taking advantage of a customer's ignorance.

  Usually a good place, but my last experience was disappointing. They lied to me, overcharged me, and didn’t even do what they claimed they had done. 1. My washer-fluid warning light was on, and I asked how much they would charge to fill it. They told me it was free, filled the reservoir, and said my sensor was faulty. When I got home, I checked and saw they had not filled the washer fluid at all. 2. I gave them a $25 coupon for a synthetic oil change and a 10% off service coupon for the engine air-filter replacement (both listed on their website). These should have reduced my total bill by a good amount. They said they would scan them and apply the discounts at checkout inside the facility, but they never did. Instead, they only took off $15 from my total bill. I ended up paying around $160 for an oil change and filter replacement, was overcharged, and they didn’t even top up my washer fluid—after telling me they did and that my sensor was the issue. I would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others.

  Incorrectly put on the oil filter causing a leak. Lack of professionalism. Lack of common knowledge for job.
