He not only charged my mother 700 for a 300 dollar job, but my sister brought him parts for her car, and he still charged her 250 over the going rate. And half the work was done. I went in to talk to him after I heard about it, completely respectful. He was unreasonable and rude. He ripped off a single mother and has no soul. I called the dealership in front of him and they offered to do the job for 25% of what he was charging. Mind you my sister had no idea how much her work should have cost. Then her car was ruined from the hack job he had done. I suggest if he does work for you to not let him wait 5 days for a quote to fix it, and you call around and get a ballpark estimate. To add insult to injury he went and cashed in my sister's rebate on her old part, SHE PAID FOR THE NEW ONE! SO HE GOT HER FOR AND EXTRA 40 DOLLARS THE CHEAPSKATE!

I started looking around at dealerships which no-one could get me in. Chevrolet of Hyannis Ma recommended Transmission specialists. I gave them a call and just like that Bob got me in and in two days completely rebuilt and re-installed my transmission... These guys do awesome work. Not only that but the character behind the work is stand alone... Thank again guys
