- RArebecca amaral5 days ago5.0The West Wareham branch is a stand up crew. I’m in a bind with my truck being broke down and so I called this morning to see if they would give me a ride back to work or pick up the car. The young woman replied, “sir, we don’t want you to be inconvenienced, so after you go to work just drop it off” When I truly needed help they stood by me! Never rent anywhere else again!

Go get the rental at Mark's towing down the street .over a misunderstanding..when have rented the car almost 2 months .lazy still have 4 days on the rental agreement.. they won't even allow me to get..my personal belongings..out of the car..till manager..at enterprise .picks up the car...2 miles away. My house keys etc..im in the medical field. Maybe if the tow company guy or one of the managers..come in..ill walk rite by

Also another time I left and important item in the rental, I called and they tracked down the rental and I was able to get it back. They go out of the way for their customers!
- LLLayleeFeb 19, 20261.0Terrible service, manager and communication. Refunds the wrong amount, they’re not truthful about their pricing policies and will scam you out of your money. Admit their employees messed up my refund and have no way to fix it. Recommend any other enterprise but here!!!!
