  Kenneth, the Safelite technician, provided an excellent and professional service. He came directly to my workplace while my car was parked outside and handled the glass repair efficiently. What stood out most was his professionalism and patience. He respectfully came into the bank, waited in line before approaching, and collected the key in a very courteous manner. He made great use of his time and completed the work effectively without any disruption. I truly want to give him a shoutout—he’s a dedicated and hardworking professional who represents his company very well.

  I wish I could give this company (as a whole not just specifically this location) a negative star but it won’t let me. I had a rock damage my windshield on my brand new car. Tech came to me and made the crack worse. Okay. So I bring in my windshield to be replaced in the shop. Upon picking up my car, I heard all kinds of creaking with the windshield, I googled it and it said it could be normal. OK fine creaking stopped. About a month and a half later my windshield started leaking. So I brought it in to have it repaired (again). Upon picking up my car, my car was absolutely filthy, and I understand that the technicians job is not to clean my car, but come on. Later in the day, when it started to rain, I turned on my windshield wipers and my passenger side windshield wiper doesn’t work. Don’t even try to contact corporate or any independent office itself because you can’t get a hold of anyone. I did finally get a hold of one woman, and she couldn’t understand why I was so upset that I had to bring my car back in to be repaired from a mistake that should’ve been corrected in the first place. This company is extremely difficult to work with, contact if you have an issue, and clearly just does not care about your property. Go elsewhere if you can

  George did a great job replacing the side window, had me in and out in just about an hour. I couldn't have been happier! If you need glass replacement in western ma see George.

  It's actually hard to talk to a real person. You get locked into their answering service that puts you around in circles and circles and circles. I've been waiting for my windshield for over 2 and 1/2 months and I can't get in touch with them cuz they limited options on their answering service and they no longer talk to the common people anymore which makes it difficult to communicate still to this day. Waiting on rear window for my wife's Lincoln. What a joke
