  We love everyone specially the front desk talk to me and explain the detail by detail Took cut time I was happy about that and then when I went outside to take my car, I was surprised they surprise us. The car was clean inside outside. Everything was how I left it thus for all means that we could trust you guys very much. they call me for any questions besides, I say yes or no beside that we are super happy thank you. volvo

  Devon and Chandler are the best car salespeople around. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Best car shopping experience I've had. I'm writing, in part, to acknowledge the terrific service they provided, and, in part, to warn potential buyers NOT to buy a Volvo XC40 or XC40 Recharge with Pirelli tires. We've had our XC40 Recharge for less than two years; at 16,000 miles, yes only 16,000 miles, all four Pirelli tires (50000 mile warranty) were thoroughly worn and required replacement. We certainly hadn't anticipated that (very high) cost so soon after purchasing the car. Volvo should stand behind these tires if the company chooses to equip the XCV40 with them. Yet neither Pirelli or Fathers & Sons Volvo has been willing to stand behind the tires. Makes me think twice about buying a Volvo again despite the outstanding salespeople.

  The entire experience of car buying was made easier and actually pleasant due to the excellent customer service and professionalism of Chandler and Evan. Their knowledge and explanation of the functions of our new car in user friendly terms was greatly appreciated. Beverly, in the service department, is definitely an asset. We will not hesitate to recommend Father’s and Sons to our friends and family.

  Evan and Chandler made the entire process easy and stress free. Evan was very thorough when going over all of the features and technology within the vehicle. He was very personable and helpful. This was a great experience from start to finish and I will be a repeat customer.
