They offered a Ford F150 which Im not used to driving. The representative was very helpful he tried his best to make things right and called other locations. No other local location had a car available. There is no excuse for a car rental to not have cars available. It falls on management to make things right. The manager at the branch should have figured it out. They didn't. I canceled my reversation. I spoke with my insurance adjuster and advised them to not use Enterprise for future rentals. Enterprise is unreliable and will not meet your needs for car rentals.
