  Great experience from start to finish. The car was clean, pickup/drop off was quick. Arby was super helpful, friendly, and professional!!! I’ll definitely rent from them again

  I wanted to take a moment to share how truly incredible your staff at the West Springfield, MA location are. Both my child and partner are sensitive to smells, and within five minutes of driving away in our original rental, the fragrance/cleaner used in the vehicle—especially coming through the vents—was already causing my child a headache. We were preparing to drive from Massachusetts to Kentucky, so this was clearly going to be a serious issue. We turned around and returned to the location just before the 6:00 PM closing time. I fully expected that there might not be much they could do or that they might be frustrated since it was so close to closing. Instead, the staff were unbelievably kind, patient, and accommodating. They immediately helped us, apologized for the cleaner smell, and upgraded us to another vehicle without hesitation. On top of that, when I needed to add my fiancé as a second driver, the manager went above and beyond by asking if we had a Costco membership. Because we did, they explained that booking through Costco allows a second driver to be added for free—saving us a significant amount of money. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care truly stood out. After a very poor experience with Hertz—we had prepaid and locked in a low price months prior, only to be blindsided by a last-minute obscure pick-up charge that nearly doubled our total rental cost and left us feeling completely scammed—we switched to Enterprise at the last minute. Because of the exceptional service we received at this location, you have gained an Enterprise customer for life. The entire West Springfield team made what could have been a very stressful situation completely manageable and positive. Thank you!!

  Customer service was nonexistent. The guy 'helping' me didn't give his name, didn't make eye contact, didn't tell me when my rental was due back (it was through an at fault parties car insurance). His only words were to ask for my ID - seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Just not a great experience with this one particular guy. The guy working next to him seemed friendlier but was with another customer unfortunately.

  Matt Alex Ed and Nick were amazing !!! This is my go to car rental .THEY are all so helpful and on point with all my needs and even made sure to make sure I was satisfied!! Thanks Phenomenal customer service at this location!!! They DESERVE 10 stars!!! THEY ALWAYS GIVE LOOKOUT AND SO HELPFUL!!

  Our second vehicle's engine died just in time for me to find out i had a Cancerous Tumor in my jaw and I would need to go to Boston for the Dr to do the tests, visits and surgery. A two to four hour drive depending on traffic. We were down to our aged second vehicle and I didn't want to compromise our only transportation back and fourth to work. Needless to say my husband and I had been completely stressed out trying to get a game plan together for these several trips back and fourth to Boston. Everything had to be 100% smooth sailing specially on surgery day as I was to come home that same day. Everything was smooth sailing thanks to the ever accommodating, very considerate, a thousand percent supportive in every way, staff of Enterprises Rent-A-Car in West Springfield, Riverdale. Thank you so much to everyone special mention to Nick, Kenny and Olivia!! We did it! Im in remission! Thank you for everything!
