  I had an excellent experience with Gezim Terholli at Gengras BMW of West Springfield. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions and test-driving multiple vehicles. He went out of his way to help me understand BMW’s advanced safety and hands-free driving features, which made a huge difference in my decision. After months of searching and visiting many other dealerships, I left BMW of West Springfield as the owner of a new BMW X5 with exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Gezim and the dealership.

  Picked up my first BMW couple days ago. Bryce was great! Responded to all of my questions any time of the day, helped me overcome some obstacles on the way of leasing the car. Even put a bow on my car that was never done for me on a lease. Very grateful and will definitely cone back for my next car here.

  What a great experience at BMW of West Springfield. I loved working with Bryce and the whole team! They were honest, straight forward and worked with me. I literally had an appointment on a Thursday and picked up my sparkling X3 on that next Monday! I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Bryce! Just a great guy!

  I’ve I had an excellent experience with the BMW dealership, and I want to especially recognize Gezim for his outstanding professionalism and honesty. From the very first interaction, Gezim was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was clear and smooth. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions without pressure, and made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. What I appreciated most is that our business relationship is still ongoing, which says a lot about the trust and transparency he brings to his work.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Chelsea. I purchased my BMW from over 300 miles away, so the majority of our interaction was handled over the phone, and from the very beginning she was professional, transparent, organized, and incredibly reassuring. Everything Chelsea told me over the phone was 100% accurate. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was perfectly prepared, all paperwork was ready, and the process was completely seamless. There were a few complexities related to purchasing out of state, and Chelsea not only handled every single one — she anticipated them in advance, walked me through the plan, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Because of her preparation and attention to detail, I was in and out of the dealership within two hours, despite meeting her in person for the very first time that day. That alone speaks volumes. Chelsea is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She made what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase feel easy and even enjoyable.
