I was recently in a situation where I needed to find a car fast because my own vehicle’s engine went (previously purchased from somewhere else). Gezim (Sales) and Stacey (Finance) were both wonderful. They were able to find me a great deal on a Mazda CX-5 that they had brought over for me from one of their other dealerships. Gezim made me feel super comfortable, answered all of my questions, and even took care of something extra I asked for with a smile on his face and without hesitation. Stacey made the entire finance process smooth sailing and took the time to go through all of my options, making me feel informed on making a decision rather than pressured. Love my new car!
I was looking for a truck, we have a very specific budget looking to pay cash. I find a Nissan Frontier at BMW of West Springfield (actually at their sister dealership in CT) that looks decent, good miles, but a solid $2k over our budget.
So I reach out, the guy I text with says they can bring it to West Springfield, I told him it is about $2k over our budget so is there that much wiggle room on price. He says "I can't say yes or no but I'm almost confident my manager would be willing to work with you considering it is the end of the month and he's very eager to make deals happen."
He says he will have the truck brought up from CT and we schedule a test drive, I explain my budget constraints again and stress if it isn't possible I don't want to waste everyone's time.
He says: "Hard to say now because negotiations usually take place in person. Although, like I mentioned he's eager to get deals done so it could be possible"
So I go and test drive it, everything checks out, sit down to talk price, they first show us full asking price. I tell them that I was crystal clear with the guy I was texting where I needed to be and if that was out of the question I didn't want to test drive. So the saleslady goes and gets her manager and he says he can take $272 off and that is the most he could go, $2k isn't possible.
So you are going to lie to me, waste my time and your time, and then expect to suddenly come up with an extra $2k.
You should be ashamed doing business that way. You have such little respect for your potential customers. If you were just honest and said my budget wasn't anywhere near where you could be it would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy.

He followed up, scheduled everything promptly, and even made sure I never have to tape my car key again!

I have purchased 21 vehicles over the years, so l have a very clear understanding of what the dealership experience usually looks like-and what it should look like. I can honestly say that my most recent experience at BMW of West Springfield was the best to date, thanks entirely to Bryce.
From the moment I walked in, Bryce was patient, professional, and refreshingly honest. There was zero pressure, just a genuine focus on finding the right fit. He went way beyond to find the X5 that fit all my requirements!
What impressed me most, however, was his dedication after the sale. He didn't just hand over the keys and move on; he went the extra mile to follow up and ensure every single detail was perfect.

I was coming from 80 miles away to buy my truck. I worked with Ryan, and he was amazing. Ryan answered all of my questions, and his communication was great. He took care of everything, since I was driving an hour and a half to pick up the truck. It was ready to go when I got there. I have always dreaded the car buying experience, there was no pressure and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Stacey was great in the Finance department. She went over all the paperwork and took care of the registration between multiple states. I highly recommend this dealership,
