  Ryan helped my wife and I both find our first brand new BMWs and he couldn't have been more amazing and helpful. Store had a great selection of cars and everyone that helped us went above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with our new purchases and looking forward to coming back in the future.

  I was working with Bryce from BMW in West Springfield. I Purchased a 2026 BMW X2. I went to a couple of other dealerships. Let me say I felt comfortable the staff was very pleasant. Bryce was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and concerns. He followed up with me in case I had further questions or concerns. I can go on and on. I would HIGHLY recommend going to BMW of West Springfield. Ask for BRYCE. You will not be disappointed.

  Great experience just purchasing my car here. Ryan was great, very responsive, and answered and helped me with all my questions right away. Felt like they were very transparent with the whole process did not at all feel like experiences with other dealerships where they try and sneak things past you. Would highly recommend!!!

  My experience with BMW of West Springfield was nothing short of amazing. They had wonderful customer service, Chelsea was very attentive to all my questions before and after my purchase which enhanced the overall experience. I’m definitely a customer for life.

  I have never met a sales manager this good! Everyone here is wonderful—so friendly and enthusiastic. The pricing is also incredibly attractive. This was my first time buying a car, and I made my decision in less than an hour. I will definitely continue recommending all my friends and family to buy from you guys. I absolutely love it!
