During the battery repair valvoline damaged my battery terminal which required a tow to my repair shop and a $500 repair. After discussing the matter with the store manager Lisa Carr and valvoline customer care I was informed that valvoline would pay for the damages. They were willing to reimburse me $25 for a $500 dollar repair. The experience was extremely negative and dismissive.
