- RPRalph PierreFeb 2, 20181.0If I could give them a -10 that would be great. I went to pick up a rental at west roxbury. They didn't have a car available for me. they called newton branch to bring a car over. Newton brought a car that was making a weird noise when you're driving it. The next day, in less than 24 hours i returned the car and asked for another one bcuz of the noise. they told me they would have to collected my $500 deductible if they have to give me another. with no car accident, you gave me a car that you have no ideas about his condition bcuz it came from another enterprise. Now you want me to pay $500 for the repair. I had to call my fiance to pick me up. this people are renting customers defected car and try to get money from they insurance to fix they defected cars. Hope insurances out there are aware of this bad business.

It was pouring out when I went to pick up the car and they let me know where I could best meet them at the shop so that I would not get wet. Aleksa and Sean are always courteous and go the extra mile to make me feel valued. They explained the gas purchase option which actually SAVED me money! Imagine that. I'll be back.
