I absolutely understand closing for the storm, and would have been happy to reschedule - had I been told! But they confirmed! No cancelled email, no “we’re closed” text, no message on their voicemail that they’re closed when we called to triple check. Just ghosted appointments with no regard for customers wasting an hour. Very unprofessional.

Fragments of the replaced rubber strips are scattered everywhere. 5. One of my reading glasses is missing from the dashboard. 6. I strongly suspect that the sensors haven't been calibrated; I need the shop to provide proof of working days. 7. I hope I won't find any other problems.

Car got dropped off when they opened at 7am, figured since it was a drop and go appointment I wouldn’t be a priority. To my surprise I got a call at 9:45am that the car was ready. Excellent crew, quick service and great communication. Thanks guys!
