The service i received was excellent, efficient and reasonably priced for the convenience it offers. In my case I was recovering from an injury and couldn’t do my own oil change. However, when it came time to do my next oil change I was not surprised to find the drain plug on the oil pan to be way over tightened along with the oil filter, that when I tried to remove the filter I had to use a special tool that grabs and digs into the filter to remove it. Even with the tool it required a breaker bar that ended up crushing and twisting the filter apart… what a mess! We don’t need 800lb gorilla strength when tightening a filter! (Just past snug is enough for most!) Train your employees better, or pay them more so they actually give a damn.
