The only issue was the answering service company. They were definitely not located in the USA (India maybe??) and were very difficult to understand and communicate with. Other than that, no other issues.

I purchased tires from you, and less than 24 hours later, I discovered that they were cracked. When I called to report the issue, the customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. This experience is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt response and resolution. Over paid for tires that’s not safe to drive unfair.
