  I drove down to camping world in West Boylston Massachusetts I'll look at a camper but 2019 for $18,000 I purchased a camper I asked if everything was going to be ready when I came back and picked it up they assured me that their service department would go through it, I spent another $4,000 at their service department buying extras, went down a second time for registration issues asked if everything was going to be ready on the day a pic spent more money for bags for the back of the truck, and on the date that the truck was going to have the bags installed I asked again is everything ready they told me everything was ready and with 23,000 spent I brought the camper home the inside was never detailed and cleaned in the black water and gray water tanks were both full which were unleashed on my lawn when I operated the valves and had to close it to prevent the sewage from spilling out got covered and somebody else's waste and all camping world said in West Boylston as you should never stand in front of a pipe if you don't know there's anything in it when it was verified three times if everything was going to be okay when I brought it home and they told me three times that everything was set and I was going to have a great time My great time wound up me being covered in somebody else's crap because they didn't service it other than the parts that I bought off them and had installed.

  I purchased a camper in 10/25 and have never even taken it out. Have nothing but issues. Opened it this spring after the winter and found more problems and they request you to tow back and forth constantly. For a brand new camper not used this is poor service and costly in gas . They do a terrible job with inspections

  I am not the “review type” - no matter how much I love a product, service, etc. But this review, on the other hand, I take pleasure in leaving due to my experience truly touching me in a special way. When I contacted Camping World, I was at a place of "starting over." My family recently endured a tragedy, and I had to think about how to support my children and leave our home to find another. The option of a trailer crept into my mind, and I moved through the process of finding a company to help me along the way. That is when I found Manny. Manny is our sales representative, and I cannot, literally cannot, say enough about his professionalism and knowledge in helping us navigate this new road. He is patient, courteous; and what stood out the most for me is that he never made us feel insignificant or less of a client because of our small budget. I dare say that some representatives will not give you the time of day if you do not have much to offer, but this definitely was not the case with Manny. He sincerely cared about what I was looking for, and only sent me what I was interested in, along with suggestions that made sense for my family and our needs. I could keep going, but I will conclude this review by saying if you are considering an adventure on the road and looking to purchase an RV, ask for Manny at Camping World. You will love your decision.

  We bought a Thor Campervan from Camping World. The van itself is great with many features. What I didn’t enjoy was the high pressure closing, where they sell extended warranties, exterior vehicle care, gap insurance. Definitely not what I expected. They took a day I had been looking forward to, buying my first RV, and made it unpleasant!
