I always went to Goodyear in Worcester for my car 14 years for everything. Recently I moved to webster and I came to the one here. I had the best experience all around! I love the new management! They got my car in fast and did the brakes within an hour. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for anything else.

I first went to the new Town Fair Tire in Webster and ended up at Good Year. All I needed was four replacement tires mounted and balanced. Town Fair told me that it was going g to be about $220.00 total where Good Year was a bit more than half of that. Town Fair told me the cost was high based on the fact that I didn’t buy the tires there. Regardless of where I bought the tires, the work required is exactly the same. Honestly, I was extremely pleased to end up at GoodYear as they looked my car over with a fine tooth comb which was appreciated. Their technicians are trained mechanics rather that just tire changers. I won’t be going back to Town Fair.

This is the worst place ever, my mother went for an oil change and they tried to scam her she left home with a completely good tire because we had checked it prior, at the shop they told her she had a screw which she ignored because she knew! There was no screw, but magically when she got home there was! you can clearly see the screw was put in with a drill, I understand businesses need money but this is no acceptable

I am grateful I brought my car here for an oil change. They found an issue with the drain plug and showed me. A different company had stripped it. Arielle solved the problem by trying different methods to extract the bolt. She saved me time and money. You could tell she really cared. Sometimes in this industry that is hard to find. A+ experience.

I have been getting oil changes here for a few years. Since a change in management, the last 2 times have been awful. Couldn't get a screw undone once and this time It took close to 2 hours for the oil change and rotating the tires, when rotating the tires they left off a lug nut. I went back after I noticed it and told them about the lug nut missing and they said it was missing before. There's nothing on my invoice about the lug nut missing and no one said anything about it also being a tire shop why would you leave it missing. They finally replaced it but, not without a, "out of curiosity, we'll replace it". Out of curiosity I will never go back to this place and recommend no one else go there.
