It's freezing out and went to get gas today 12/14 around 8:15am and the gas pump wasn't working so I went inside to let them know about it so no one else had to stand there with troubles getting gas. I went inside no other customer was in there and the employee (a women) didn't even say hello she just ignored me. "I said hi, I just wanted to let you know that the pump over there is not working" she stood and just stared at me with a bad look on her face as though was not welcomed. I was so confused so I said again just letting you know and her only response was "yea ok" honestly you don't have to treat people like this. A little customer service goes a long way. Maybe don't ignore people. It's horrible, rude and disrespectful. I will get gas at another place and give business elsewhere. Not comfortable going back! Merry Christmas and by the way pump number one does not work!
