  Friendly and knowledgeable and on point. I was in the driver’s seat of an upgraded rental, 6 minutes after entering building/being greeted.

  I recently booked a car, and when I arrived at the location to pick it up, they asked me for proof of address—which is fine! I provided them with three proofs of address. My driver's license even listed my address, but they told me that wasn't enough and that they couldn't give me the car. They made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against right in front of everyone!

  Always a great experience especially at this location. RJ helped me both at pick up and drop off. He definitely has exceptional customer service skills that showed as he patiently and calmly attended to another customer who did it like her rental because of the smell. Then, as he was taking me to my rental, the lady came back and said she saw a dog hair in the car and couldn’t take the replacement rental either. He kindly told her that he would be right with her as soon as he finished with me and reassured her that they would work it all out. At drop off, RJ went out to get the miles and fuel level from my rental, so I asked another guy sitting at the front desk if they would be able to give me a ride. When RJ came back, the other guy left, so I asked him about a ride. RJ said it was not a problem at all. We went outside and he asked me to wait until he could move the car forward so I wouldn’t have to get into the vehicle right over a large puddle of water. RJ is friendly, professional and mindful of the customer experience. He is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business in a customer-facing role and leading a team. If not already, he needs to be on track for management.

  I rented a car for 10 days from enterprise. It was hassle free with no issues. It was over overall A satisfying experience. If I ever have to rent another car, it will be from enterprise.

  Ive been going here for a while now and R.J has been extremely professional and helpful since my first rental. Every staff member I have encountered has been. An essential part of business is building relationships!!! I wont go anywhere else unless emergency. I learner the hard way when I went on a family trip recently and let my sister book with Hertz. That cost me over $300 for a small cut on a tire that I have no idea when it happened. THE HERTZ REP DID NOT do a walk around the car with me bc it was pouring rain and night time. I didn’t either bc it was pouring rain and I was used to the professionals here at Enterprise. When I brought the car back they pointed out a small cut. I looked at the pics from my pick up and surprisingly, it was daylight and not raining. Keep it mind I said it was night and pouring rain when I picked up 🤦🏼‍♂️. Lesson learned ENTERPRISE OVER HERTZ💯 I come back and just got a rental from R.J at this location and I was reminded what being treated right looked like. Thank you Enterprise
