I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but we had such a bad experience with the Enterprise in Watertown, so I feel the need to. We needed a rental while our car was in the shop. We were initially provided a newer Camry. Right after taking it home (we live a 2min drive away from the location) I noticed the low pressure gauge kept coming on for the tires. I gave them a call and they told me they could fill the tires for us - no problem, we live right around the corner so I said I’d bring it in after running errands. I noticed a noise coming from one of the tires while driving, but the gauge went off after a bit so I wasn’t too concerned. When I parked, I heard air coming out of the front left tire. I got down on the ground and saw that the tire had a pretty decent sized hole in it. Brought it to Enterprise and they told me if the light isn’t on, the tire is probably fine and to just take it home. I said okay and drove it around the block but my gut told me to bring it back. This second time, I asked them to give the tires a better look. The new rep said he’d bring it next door to Jiffy Lube. After 5mins, I was told it was fine and to bring it home. My gut told me to bring it back a 3rd time. I took photos of the hole in the tire before walking back inside and finally, the 3rd rep believed me and apologized. Thank god because I was moving the next day and would have woken up to a flat. He switched out the car and gave me a Mazda cx30. Everything seemed fine until we went to the gas station and realized the cap was broken so badly and was stuck to the point where we couldn’t open it. It also snowed while we had the Mazda and when driving, salt was getting on the windshield and I needed to use wiper fluid, which wasn’t working. I stopped on the parkway in NJ while visiting family to buy wiper fluid, thinking it just needed to be filled. Someone at the rest stop helped us out and we all realized that Enterprise filled the wiper fluid tube with water instead of fluid, and the water froze the tank and the pump, so we couldn’t use it. I literally had to stop on the parkway every 15mins for a 4hr drive back to MA to toss water on the salt covered windshield just so that I could see. This place provided unsafe vehicles and while the reps were friendly, they didn’t believe me when I tried telling them about the issues I was having and they were unhelpful. I won’t ever use Enterprise again.

I had such a horrible experience. I needed to rent a car because my car was going into the shop. Someone came to drop off a car to me and proceeded to tell me that there is 100.00 hold. I didn't know anything about this hold. My insurance company nor Enterprise when I spoke to them days ago told me about this hold that they need to put on my credit card. After trying numerous times and me responding no to purchasing extra insurance, the agent was frustrated that I did not want to purchase extra. I explained to him that I had no money to allow them to put a hold on a hundred dollars. I was then told I would have to get out of the car and there was nothing they could do to help me. I was obviously distraught and taken back by how I was treated. Poor customer service no sympathy no empathy no compassion. I'm a single mother working 30 hours a week and trying to make it through life when I've been put in a bad position this whole week and was told because I didn't have $100 so they could hold it that I would have to get out of the car. This should have been handled differently and not the way that it was handled. The agent was trying to force me out of the car and refused to help me. Then when the auto body shop offered to help me and said they would put it on their company card the agent refused to take their card. Completely unprofessional and should have been handled in a totally different way. I will never use Enterprise again.
