Someone came to drop off a car to me and proceeded to tell me that there is 100.00 hold. I didn't know anything about this hold. My insurance company nor Enterprise when I spoke to them days ago told me about this hold that they need to put on my credit card. After trying numerous times and me responding no to purchasing extra insurance, the agent was frustrated that I did not want to purchase extra. I explained to him that I had no money to allow them to put a hold on a hundred dollars. I was then told I would have to get out of the car and there was nothing they could do to help me. I was obviously distraught and taken back by how I was treated. Poor customer service no sympathy no empathy no compassion. I'm a single mother working 30 hours a week and trying to make it through life when I've been put in a bad position this whole week and was told because I didn't have $100 so they could hold it that I would have to get out of the car. This should have been handled differently and not the way that it was handled. The agent was trying to force me out of the car and refused to help me. Then when the auto body shop offered to help me and said they would put it on their company card the agent refused to take their card. Completely unprofessional and should have been handled in a totally different way. I will never use Enterprise again.
