Ana, and Mike especially went above and beyond to ensure the deal was completed, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager Dave did not reflect the same level of service. The finance portion of the process felt unnecessarily difficult and took away from what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is meant to be positive granted I had My own financing and he made it extremely difficult. That said thanks to Ana, Mike and Blake, their persistence and professionalism all came together. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication to make it happen at Rob’s GMC.
- AAAfshin AzariFeb 13, 20261.0I brought my 2023 GMC K15 with 33,000 miles in for a ball joint replacement. When I picked it up, the steering wheel was misaligned. I returned to have it corrected, and the mechanic told me it was fixed. However, when I drove it home, the steering wheel was still off-center. I then took the manager for a test drive, and he acknowledged that it was not fixed. He informed me that their alignment machine is broken and that I could either leave the vehicle for two weeks to a month until it is repaired, without a loaner vehicle, or continue driving it as is. They were unable to provide a clear timeline for when it would be resolved.
