She also showed me the Engine coolant place in the car so that I would be able to top it up when I needed to. She gave information as she did the work and let me feel I was educated to make the best decision. She checked the filter in the dashboard and mentioned that it did not need a change, unlike the engine filter and showed the color discrepancies. I felt like I treated my car well and that is important to me.
