    ​"I visited today for a tire installation appointment at 1:00 p.m. regarding an online order. Unfortunately, the service provided by the elderly gentleman at the counter was unacceptable. He was unprofessional and rude, frequently raising his voice and interrupting me while I tried to explain my situation. As a customer, I believe this level of service is inappropriate and disrespectful."

    Walked in with an appointment already made. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. I told him that I had a flat and needed a new tire and that there might be an issue with my wheel itself. He straight up said what do you want me to do about it? Then he told me that I should’ve called ahead when I already did. He said that I spoke to customer service and should’ve asked to speak to someone at the shop. He asked me what size tires I needed and then told me he didn’t have any which is fine, but then told me again it was my fault for not calling. I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of your inventory.

    I had a slow / rim leak for a month or two. Finally decided to stop by Monro on my way to work. Within 30 minutes I was back on the road, with the link fixed. Really reasonably priced too!
