However, when I arrived, the attendant informed me that my car required a different type of oil and that the Groupon couldn’t be used. I reluctantly agreed and paid full price, essentially wasting the coupon I had already purchased. The team completed the oil change and placed a sticker indicating the next oil change was due in 10,000 miles. Fast forward to today, after driving 8,000 miles, I returned to ask what type of oil they used and how many miles it was good for. To my surprise, the attendant told me they had used regular oil, which only lasts 5,000 miles, not the 10,000 miles written on the sticker. When I pointed out the issue, the attendant showed no concern and simply blamed his team members for the mistake. This lack of communication and accountability within their team caused me to unknowingly drive an extra 3,000 miles past the recommended oil change interval. I’ve noticed my engine hasn’t been running as smoothly, and I’m worried about the potential damage caused by this oversight. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude from the staff have left me with no desire to return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
