    I booked a Full Size vehicle two weeks in advance to ensure my travel needs were met. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no vehicles in that category—or any comparable category—were available. A reservation is a commitment, and failing to honor it after a fourteen-day notice period is completely unacceptable. Enterprise’s failure to maintain inventory levels for a booking made two weeks in advance is a breach of professional standards that has caused my business financial harm.

    I booked and paid extra for a full-size SUV (Expedition, Tahoe, or Yukon). When I arrived, none were available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. The only SUVs offered were labeled “Luxury,” like a Durango or Mitsubishi Outlander, which I personally don’t find very luxurious. It didn’t make sense to pay more for a vehicle I didn’t want, so I declined and ended up taking a luxury car (Audi) instead.The car was dirty inside and out and had less than a quarter tank of gas, which was inconvenient since I had to fill up immediately before getting on the highway. Also I verbally asked for a vehicle with a toll transponder since the vehicle was rented in Massachusetts and many highways use electronic tolling, and paying by plate costs extra but again I wasn’t provided with that.Overall, this wasn’t what I was expecting from Enterprise.

    Vehicle had an expired inspection sticker, when I became aware I returned the vehicle and asked for a full refund which I have not received yet

    This enterprise experience was awful. I couldn’t open the gas tank of the car they gave me. When I called for assistance they told me to pry it open with a KNIFE LOL
