They refused to rent my boyfriend a car despite having the money on a debit card because they require credit instead. I have never heard of this and it makes no sense given that either can be charged back. Now we have no idea how he will make it to his cousin's funeral. He is distraught. I will be informing everyone I know how unreliable this company is and will never use it again.

The staff - especially Keith - were friendly and helpful both for pick-up and return. Just wish we could have taken that Mitsubishi Outlander back to the UK with us. It was perfect for our road trip.

Then 50 minutes before my pickup they called me and said that there were no more cars anywhere and they were sold out. I said is there anything that you can do for me? They responded we can't do any type of credit or anything like that. After insisting they try to find some way to help they decided to call another local branch and found that there were cars. This means they are either not interested in actually fulfilling orders by going to pick up the vehicle or just bad at their jobs. Either way this is the last time I'm going to try renting from this location, absolutely abysmal. Update: Gave a free upgrade to full size and a discount... Not a horrible consolation for being over an hour late. Was very apologetic. Ultimately still a substandard experience. Told me I couldn't change reservation to 8:00. Had to stay at 9:00am. I show up and they don't have any cars ready.
