Enterprise’s failure to maintain inventory levels for a booking made two weeks in advance is a breach of professional standards that has caused my business financial harm.

The only SUVs offered were labeled “Luxury,” like a Durango or Mitsubishi Outlander, which I personally don’t find very luxurious. It didn’t make sense to pay more for a vehicle I didn’t want, so I declined and ended up taking a luxury car (Audi) instead.The car was dirty inside and out and had less than a quarter tank of gas, which was inconvenient since I had to fill up immediately before getting on the highway. Also I verbally asked for a vehicle with a toll transponder since the vehicle was rented in Massachusetts and many highways use electronic tolling, and paying by plate costs extra but again I wasn’t provided with that.Overall, this wasn’t what I was expecting from Enterprise.
