- LLlamareDec 17, 20251.0the employee named Joe (he wears a beanie with glasses and has a broken arm) he was giving me a hard time the whole time I was there (Purchased everything btw) with it was a socket that he said I can return as soon as I’m done doing my oil change. (Also btw I asked for a socket and he said that they don’t have it and he didn’t even look in the back I had to get somebody else to lend me a ratchet) So I was like ok I’m going to get this done fast so I can return this socket because it states in your loaner tool program they have 90 days to return it in good condition. But guess what. When I went in he changed his mind and the whole policy entirely stating that I cannot return it since it had a little oil on it which I wiped off. He also is very conniving and discriminatory. (The other employees let me use the tools) After that he stated that I’m broke and why can’t I just buy the socket and keep it but he kept saying you don’t have a policy for that. Hopefully someone gets this and he gets written up because I’m not allowed to even bring the oil in anymore. He also seems to hate his job as I was treated like a joke the entire time going through loops. His customer service sucks. He loves making jokes about people who dump money into their car and than says . Well you can’t return it and you’ll have it forever. HES very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY DONT HONOR THE RETURN POLICY HERE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM. The Haitian man was very nice though
