  They over filled my tires. They are supposed to be at 35 but they were filled to 40. Don’t let them touch your tires

  Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Walpole is amazing! The service was quick, professional, and very respectful. They took great care of both me and my car. As someone who doesn’t know much about car maintenance, I really appreciated how clearly they explained what services were needed and how often everything should be checked. Every employee was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Valvoline—especially the Walpole location!

  The technician dropped a socket into the engine bay. It got stuck in my steering. I noticed him looking for something in the engine bay but when he stopped looking, I thought everything was ok. Upon leaving the garage my car stalled and the steering was making a grinding noise when moving the wheels. Luckly another technician told me to pull back around and re enter the garage. He found the socket and removed it from the steering. I will now need to get my truck looked at by a mechanic to ensure there is no damage. I am mostly unimpressed that the tech who dropped the socket did not say anything. If it became stuck differently, it could have locked up my steering column on the road and would have been a big safety issue. I do appreciate the technician who worked to find the issue. He was apologetic. It might be an isolated incident but it is important to have a company environment where someone can admit a mistake and ask for help. If the first tech did this my steering would have never been potentially damaged. Thankyou
