I was given the keys and told QA would call me. No call. Called the next day for an update and told again QA would call me. No call. Scheduled another apointment with Safelite customer service. That appointment was a waste of time and Uber rides and again nothing was fixed - I was told again that QA would call me. No call. Called main Safelite customer service again and was told they would escalate it. 5 days later no call. I called again today and was told again they would escalate it again. Avoid this place at all costs if you have any safety systems on your car since they don't know how to recalibrate your car, can't explain what is wrong, and can't come up with a plan to get your car systems working as before.
