When she came back she was told they couldn't do the oil change because she had an oil leak. There was never any oil staining our driveway or sidewalk. When she brought it home oil leaked in puddles everywhere. When I jacked up the car and checked, I found that the oil pan plug hole was stripped. Most likely the person at Jiffy Lube tightened instead of loosened the plug and stripped the hole. New pan is over $200 just for the part.
