When I showed up to pick up my rental car (getting dropped off from nearby dealership), I was informed that there were no cars available. Definitely my error and could and should have been my issue to deal with. They contacted Saugus location, drove over and picked up a car for me. I was in a car within an hour. Amazing customer service!
