  I came here needing one tire. I purchased two front tires to have the same tires on the vehicle. When I left the car was shaking, and was not doing this prior to replacing the tires. I called the store and was told to give it some time and follow up if it continued. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the shaking by returning several times, rebalancing, rotating, etc. I even went as far as buying four brand new tires so there were no excuses for the shaking. The car still shakes, my rims are scratched up, and there is a dent on the passenger side under the door where the jack goes to lift the car. So here we are, came in for one tire, and left almost out a thousand dollars, a shaking car, scratched rims and a dent for the cherry on top. On top of all this the sassy assistant manager is giving me lip, when I have been nothing but pleasant and patient. I will add the photos in an update of the comments above, I currently have an appointment with Toyota because as mentioned, my car is now shaking, and was never resolved. Please, do yourself a favor, I understand money may be tight, but spend the extra little bit to get job done right and welcomed with good customer service. Town fair tire is right around the corner, and there are plenty of options, Google something, anything.

  Overpriced and lied to my face. They got the work done though. Never been charged soo much for a tire patch. One guy said a price then the next charged me more at the check out …. $50 for a patch??

  Unprofessional attitude, employees look like didn't want to serve.y needs .. Had a agreement with the manager and the assistant manager didn't want to help me today on Sunday visit..

  I came here today the guys Were very nice respectful call to see if my tires had arrived and they did Left my car there they were really fast. Great job amazing service. I recommend these people

  J (Julian) and his team were so wonderful to work with. They helped us out after a large gash in our tire left us stranded an hour from home. It was a challenging patch, but they kept at it. He and his coworker figured out how to get us back on the road safely. They did it with great attitudes, humor, and kindness. After a long, hard day, they made us feel taken care of and safe. There are good people in this world, and our experience here was a reminder that they are everywhere. Thank you!
