  Beware, went for a sticker and they said they found 4 things wrong with it. Lies, took it to my garage in Ludlow and they basically laughed. Only thing wrong was a bulb was out. I paid another 35$ instead of going back to the Goodyear lies and deception

  Worst experience I have ever had with a tire shop. I walked in at 12:30p, to the man behind the counter SLEEPING in front of the computer. When I woke him from his nap he seemed annoyed to have to help me. Made an appointment and yet my tires were not in stock. No one bothered to call and let me know that. Customer service is non existent. I asked for a quote and a breakdown of what the costs of the tires and installation were, he was not interested in doing that for me. I advise anyone looking for tires to avoid this shop at all costs.

  🚨 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 🚨 I paid Tire Warehouse for tires and a wheel alignment, and the SECOND I drove off, my car was pulling left and right. That doesn’t happen unless the alignment was done wrong or not done AT ALL. They never gave me an alignment report. When I came back the next day demanding proof, I was hit with the classic shady excuse: “the printer is broken.” Yeah… sure. Then they had the nerve to offer to “redo” the alignment — which tells me everything I need to know: they screwed it up the first time. I took my car to Town Fair Tire, where REAL professionals did the alignment and gave me an actual printed report. That report proves there is NO POSSIBLE WAY my car magically needed another alignment overnight. Either Tire Warehouse never performed the service or their technicians have no idea what they’re doing. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and unsafe. From the mechanics to management, the entire operation feels shady. No paperwork, no accountability, and zero concern for customer safety. Pro tip: If they won’t give you an alignment report, assume the work was never done. I will NEVER return here and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I’m sending my alignment report straight to corporate because this is straight-up unacceptable.
