  DO NOT BUY A USED CAMPER FROM THEM!!!! Liars. “We go through all of these with a fine tooth comb. Multi point inspections” got our camper home, wasn’t expecting it to be mint considering it is used. Mouse shit under the new mattress. So they took the old one off and never cleaned a thing. This thing is gross from the last owners- we were told they clean them before we take it home. Nothing about this was stellar. We were lied to multiple times, given empty promises and to be frank- a POS camper. We were warned by friends to not come here and man do I wish we listened. Go to Campers Inn. Or literally anywhere else to be honest. Now we’re stuck with a camper with a hole in the roof, water damage and mouse shit :)

  It's been two months since we signed the papers for our dream camper...what a nightmare! We still don't have the unit. We paid 1000 to have the camper shipped from one dealer to another, then there were multiple problems with the unit including the awning. I would like to bring home the new condition camper we paid for. Now even getting someone to call back is a difficulty. We have an appointment to pick up the camper in a week, however, we don't know if the unit has been fixed. So disappointed!! It really put a damper on our excitement.😮‍💨

  Thomas from service has been outstanding. The patience and care when helping my mother with her service concerns with her class C was truly appreciated. Thank you Tom for everything and helping us get prepared for our trip! His service was timely, the work was done excellent by the techs, and Tom's attention to detail great. He goes above and beyond with every visit!

  This place is where your hopes and dreams of good customer service go to die!! Absolutely lousy, terrible and incompetent customer service!! Quick to sell and thats it! I Bought a new rv and accessories here in January and left it there with my plates on it and locked. Brought it home two weeks ago and opened it up to find a missing dining table and stove top knobs.. I notified the sales manager [Mark at the time] immediately, he told me to take pics and send it to him...and that's the last I heard of anything from this incompetent "manager"...Finally today I was able to get my items after speaking to sales manager Matthew , who came off a bit arrogant and annoyed..never once did any of the so called "managers" apologize for the inconvenience or take responsibility for the situation on behalf of the company, nor was I ever asked how they could rectify the issue for me..Stanley my sales rep tried to "help out" but really it just seemed like he was blowing smoke up my butt a lot of times. It took them to 2 weeks because they said my table need to be ordered, then it sat in the service department a few days just to have the table legs screwed in..Why wouldn't a sale manager or my sales rep take 5mins to screw in a few small screws to have remedied this situation! Also, the legs on the table had "duct" tape on it to hold them closed, pretty sure they didnt come from the factory like that, more like a storage room, so what was the hold up again?..I'll conclude by saying Thanks to the incompetent staff that I interacted with at this particular Camping World for ruining my first RV experience that I've been looking forward to for years!

  Would not recommend purchasing here and won’t be back after our experience. Be extra careful with used camper purchases double check everything before signing and leaving with your unit!!! Might have better luck with new but can’t say. We recently located a used camper at this location that had everything we were looking for and stopped by without an appointment to check it out. The sales process wasn’t horrible, our sales person a Christopher was great and we appreciated his help. A little bit of a mix up with the price offered versus listed online, but that was quickly fixed. We also expressed concern about a particular issue with the unit and the Manager said it could be fixed prior to pick up. Ultimately we ended up putting a hold on the unit and schedule an appointment for the following weekend to sign paperwork and bring the deposit. During the walk through that day we noted that the issue was still not resolved and notified multiple people that the manager said it would be taken care of and were again assured it would be resolved before pickup. Another issue was noted during walkthrough regarding too much antifreeze in one toilet that was supposed to be resolved before pickup. Almost 2 weeks later we ended up arranging to get the vehicle home as the dealership still didn’t have the plates and registration. When the unit was at our home and we went to check everything out we noticed that neither of those issues had been addressed and we now had antifreeze spilled within the unit including in some carpeting. We also noticed that some of the marker lights were not working after they advised all safety lighting was working. I did reach out and speak to the manager regarding everything and he was supposed to call me back the next day to let me know how they could address everything. Well it’s not been a week and I have not heard back from the manger, but we did finally get the plates in the mail after over 3 weeks.
