  I had an issue with my car, which turned into a very long and stressful journey to fix it. I had no choice but to rent a car to see my family (5 states away) during a really tough time for them. I went to Enterprise in Tewksbury, and Hemant Acharya was a fabulous employee who gave me the best car for my budget. He walked me through a detailed explanation of all the costs/fees, and reassured me of every step in the process from filling out the forms to returning the car at the end of my trip. The car was comfortable, ran well, and was spotless inside. Seamless process start to finish. I had 0 issues and no surprises on my bill. Very professional.

  I called them to check for vehicle availability they confirmed they have the vehicles to rent out and asked me to come down to their location. I took an uber and wasted 40 minutes and about 70 dollars only to know at the location that no vehicles are available. Better to go with any other rental agency than to rely on these guys

  What losers i reserved a car for a trip with my sister and they called me and a few hours before I was to pick it up and said sorry no car but I was free to try and source one on my own thru other enterprise offices. Hertz came thru right away
