- RKRam Charan Khalsa4 days ago2.0Called and asked about an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Corolla hybrid. I was told it would be $55 for synthetic. Great. Come in and I’m told it’s actually $80. Then they tried to charge me $40 for a $20 cabin air filter replacement. Replaced it myself, took 5 minutes. Will not be going back.

I had to stop there at the last minute because I am from out of town and was driving through and had a vehicle emergency. They were able to look at my car right away to determine what was wrong, but also were able to help me find a rental car and give me a ride to the rental car location. They were able to have my car fixed within just a couple of days on my way back through town. They even called a few days later to check in and make sure everything worked out. Their work was solid and reliable. This is the kind of place many of us search for, but only few of us ever find. Thank you to Jim and his team for helping me out!
