- MWmike whitney1 day ago2.0I went in for an oil change only to be left in the waiting room while my office was called to receive permission to perform more work on the vehicle. I was left in the waiting room while the additional work was completed and never once informed what was being serviced. I found out afterwards that they were trying to get authorization to have my transmission fluids changed and coolant flushed. I am capable of making these decisions and didn't appreciate the sneak tactic of trying to get that upsell when they couldn't even top off my windshield fluids, replace my next oil change sticker reminder or reset my instrument display warning. Upon leaving, I was told that the invoice would be emailed to the office. Guess I wasn't supposed to see what was billed. Next time I need an oil change, I will be going to another service station where I am actually treated like a customer
