From the moment the phone was answered by Christine to the first visit at the shop, Who would have thunk, the relationship between all of us, including the technicians, Walter Tom Rich And EVERYONE THAT I KNOW BY FACE NOT NAME! (please forgive me for anyone I have missed). Paul and his staff are top notch! No matter how kind or how much words can be typed into this review, it still does not say enough to how great they have been to me for the past several years. Christine always fits me in when needed. Christine is a true Gem and asset. Paul has been very honest and has not ever deceived me for his financial gain. Paul is a true man of his word and stands behind his reputation. Not every business is perfect Flaws Errors And mistakes do happen. If there ever was a perfect business, then where do they hide their mistakes? Besides, if any business was perfect, everyone would want one. Life has unexpected situations. It is how one handles the situation to make it better. When you need a vehicle repaired and want an honest and trusting shop (which I do not trust easily, as you can tell, this review is several years in the making)! Visit, call and let them know Dave A.
